The site presents particular
morphological aspects, of accented declivity, about 20%, and general
orientation for Southeast over the fantastic view of the water plan of Pico
Island. A group of 7 buildings of collective housing, implanted along of the
hillside with access by a transversal street. The architectural expression of
the construction is developed from an elementary constructive system of
flagstone, pillar, beam, type “Domino House", that organizes three types
of facades with subtle variations with the railings in the balconies and
(full and empty) window metric. 2000 - 2005 |
