This proposal goal is the urban requalification of the involving spaces in the Castle
of Sines, as way to value the architectural set while emblematic monument.
The project looks for to create thematic passages and scripts of visit to the
existing significant points (historical, archaeological) in the city and
region. This projects programme is defined in the establishment of conditions
that make possible the involving architectural set around the Castle of Sines while an accessible monument. The
requalification of its adjacent spaces will propitiate the integration of the
monument in the historical centre, transforming it as a symbol alive of the
