The contemporary theories and
practices of local development based on the cultural resources it exists a
basic concept: any project of this nature must contain in itself a structural
idea, a conducting wire that establishes the connection between all the
parcels. In this case of the Valley of the Ocreza the conducting wire that
exists in the definition of the proper territory, is the river. This water
line defines, since prehistory an occupied territory by human communities,
with intentions of setting, exploitation of its wealth, crystallization of
its mythologies. This proposal looks for to develop its central lines inside
this philosophy, crossing the respect for this culture with its apprehension
from those that came from the exterior, which look here to understand it, to
