In architecture the buildings with public use, have a specific use represented by proper ways. A Restaurant on a water plane represents an entertaining place. We look for to have a building that corresponds in an appropriate and adjusted way to the specifications on the program. The proposal is developed in a set of volumetric relations that articulate concepts of transparency, opacity and density.
